Meat serrated knives with handles made of Pom (polyoxymethylene) which in terms of the characteristics of: hardness, rigidity, chemical resistance, friction and abrasion, can replace metals in many applications.
POM can withstand temperatures up to 130° C.
The blade is made of martensitic stainless steel and rounded
The blade and handle are assembled with 3 rivets.
