In this volume, Giuliano Cingoli Giuliano's Elementary Cooking, the method of 'separation of cooking' is illustrated, thanks to which speakers will be able to approach any recipe in the kitchen with awareness and autonomy.
It is a simple and intuitive method: the author advises cooking each matter of each recipe with the most suitable technique and the right cooking times.
To understand a recipe it is essential to understand its structure: the photographic design aided by the explanations will help visualize the parts into which each recipe can be divided and identify those common to similar recipes.
By understanding the structure of a recipe you will know them all.
Thanks to Elementary Cooking it will change the way you look at cooking!

AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY
Giuliano Cingoli has devoted much of his life to working on experimentation, in cooking and photography. Self-taught, he took his first steps out of curiosity and affinity at the age of 6, around what was then the family cook, Elena. After years of experience in the kitchens of several Milanese restaurants, she began doing home catering for private individuals. She later opened Laboratorio Cingoli (www.laboratoriocingoli.it), turning her business into a cooking school as well.
