THE WORLD COCKTAILS 2: PLOT AND CONTENTS

The book, sequel to The World Cocktails, is very rich and divided into two parts.
In the first part there is a glossary of ingredients, followed by a general analysis of glasses, ingredients, equipment, drink-making techniques, and major home-made preparations. There is also room for a historical overview of the evolution of drinking, in which the main bartenders, factors and periods that have decreed its spread to the present day are touched upon.
Thesecond part of the volume, on the other hand, consists of recipes. Each cocktail includes a card with photos that clearly states: the official IBA recipe, the recipe itself with the products and balances suggested by the author, flavor and alcohol content, notes, tips and historical trivia.
World Cocktails 2 is a work aimed at everyone, from amateurs to professionals, enhanced by the photo feature edited by Felix Reed, named among the 200 best advertising photographers in the world.
