In 2010, a group of Bartenders decided to start a small club in the heart of Rome to bring back a now forgotten style of mixing referable to American pre-Prohibitionism (1800-1920). Thus was born the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy, the first Italian "secret bar," which has entered the "50 World Best Bars" list five times.It became in a few years a reference point of mixed drinks in Italy, with its unmistakable "Twist on Classic" - that is, variations on classic recipes made according to the "three-dimensional" rule - the "Jerry" continues to be a privileged place of experimentation and sharing for colleagues and cocktail enthusiasts from all over the world.
