THE R'SYSTEM®

ELASTOMOULE is a technology patented by De Buyer. R'System is the name of this special system: micro perforations circulate hot air to perfection and allow even baking in every part of the mold.

FEATURES

• The mold we offer is made of silicone foam, nonstick, perfect for baking and freezing from -70° to + 300°C (-90° to 580°F)
• These are ideal molds for baking in a traditional oven or bain-marie

HOW TO HANDLE IT.

DO NOT place them under a grill or in the microwave oven as there are micro metal particles inside that help conduct heat during even baking.
Do not use sharp objects such as knives on them. Finally, we recommend hand washing instead of dishwashing to preserve them intact.
