Hendi combustible gel gr 200 is designed to be used as feed for buffet warmers, better known as chafing dishes.
DURATION
The 200 gr package lasts for a full 180 minutes, and is small and easy to carry.
WHERE TO USE IT
Chafing dishes are perfect in school and company cafeterias, during buffets and caterers, for hotel breakfasts, aperitifs and events. In fact, in all these contexts it is necessary to cook in advance and then simply let the food warm up.
Combustible gel holds the minimum of space but guarantees the maximum result: do not risk being without, guarantee yourself the best product with the minimum price!
Place directly under a chafing dish or other heating appliance suitable for use with open flames from liquid fuel.
Burn time: ± 6 hours for 200-gram cans.
Heat output: about 50% of ethanol fuel gel.
CHARACTERISTICS
The combustible paste is manufactured on the basis of ethanol (bio) and mixed with water, respectively with thickener, to produce a fixed or fluid combustible paste.
All Hendi combustible pastes, should not be ingested. For this reason, the company adds a small portion of Bitrix (bitter substance) to the product.
It is a soot-free and odorless product.
Always read the instructions carefully before using the product.
Light the combustible paste, only after placing it in the appropriate container and laying it in a safe place.
Extinguishing the flame should be done, exclusively, by closing the appliance and never by blowing on the flame.
It burns without soot or odor.
This fuel is made of pure diethylene glycol (DEG), which is also used as antifreeze in radiators.
Using a wick, DEG can be vaporized and burned despite its relatively high flame point of 143° C.
The burning time of a can is inversely proportional to the intensity of its flame, which can be adjusted by varying the exposed height of the wick.
STORAGE
Store combustible paste, always in a closed container, in a dark and ventilated place, below 20°C.
