NANOPARTICLES
Magic Drop contains nanoparticles that create a thin film on any nonporous ceramic material and on glass, such as ceramic plates and trays.The nanoparticles adhere firmly to the substrate, causing a lily pad effect: the surface becomes ultra-repellent, and drops of sauce or liquid, once drawn duringplating, stand out on the surface like drops of mercury. The plating is incredibly defined, allowing regular spheres to form with a trompe l'oeil effect that recalls the appearance of spherifications. Sauces, coulis, glaces and flavored oils are thus more stable and defined.
The treated surface is then suitable for food contact. It is possible to plate water-, oil- and alcohol-based sauces while achieving the same optical effect.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Shake well before use.
- Clean and dry dishes thoroughly (the presence of grease or moisture can damage the final result).
- To get the most out of the product, prepare several dishes and substrates at the same time.
- Spray the product evenly over the surface, then spread it with a microfiber cloth. Allow to dry for 20 minutes. Repeat to make sure Magic Drop spray is well distributed on the surface. Allow to dry again.
- Allow to dry completely for 2 hours. After this time has passed, the dishes are ready for use.
