Thus for red wines there is a taste-tactile balance between the various flavors:
Acidity: with fresh flavor
Alcohol: with moderate flavor
Sweetness: with round flavor
Astringency: with flowing flavor.
For white wines since astringency is not present, there is an excellent balance between acidity, alcohol and sweetness.
After tasting the wine, the intense aromatic persistence (P.A.I.), which represents the number of seconds during which the aromas persist, is high (over 11 seconds denoting) an exceptional wine.
