The capacity of the pot is 4.5 gallons, or 17 liters.Designedby Kilner for Kilner canning jars, it features a convenient grill and attached lid. The stainless steel basket is designed to hold up to seven 17-ounce Kilner canning jars and obviously Kilner® clip-on bottles. Simply wedge the jars side by side so that they do not move during boiling.
The body of the pot is also made of stainless steel, while the lid is made of glass.
The pot has an encapsulated base that allows even heat distribution.
