FUNCTIONSThe
dryer is designed to generate a continuous horizontal flow of hot air, so that it reaches all the baskets inside equally. Thanks to this technique, drying takes place evenly. The air enters the dryer and is heated and distributed by the thermo-fan unit, passes through all levels of the baskets and exits, collecting the moisture generated by the product being dried.

New Biosec motor unit with Dryset Pro electronic program system. This new system is ideal for making the drying process as simple as possible. Directly in the control panel you will be able to choose the appropriate program:

TECHNIQUE
- Cut the product into slices; it is recommended not to exceed one centimeter in thickness.
- Place the product in the baskets being careful not to overlap the slices one on top of the other. Insert the basket into the dryer.
- Turn on the basket with the switch provided and adjust the heat intensity through the knob.
- Wait for the dryer to do its job: timing varies from product to product.
