Condiment trays are containers equipped with trays into which all the ingredients to complete drinks are placed at the start of service: lemon zest, orange segments, olives, and more.Generally, as products are cut and prepared, they are simply added to the trays, creating a problem: the freshest and therefore used fruit is always on the surface, while the older fruit remains underneath and is not picked, at the risk that it will get moldy and have to be thrown away.
This model avoids this problem and ensures ZERO waste.
In fact, it has an inlet and an outlet. From the top inlet, fruit is inserted to slide into the tray.
The front outlet, on the other hand, is used to collect the ingredients that, in this way, will be used from the one cut first to the newest one, certain to always have fresh fruit but without throwing anything away.
HYGIENE
The entire product is made of plastic, both the outer structure and the trays, as well as the doors.In fact, both the top entrance and the exit can be covered with small doors that preserve the contained food from external agents.
Each tray is removable and everything can be washed very easily.
