Ingredients:




  • 40 ml of Tanqueray NO.TEN
  • 30 ml of Cocchi Americano
  • 40 ml carrot juice
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml sandalwood syrup*
  • 40 ml kombucha
  • 1 drop of Grapefruit bitters
  • 1 drop of Peychaud's bitters



Preparation:


GLASS: Artesian Pineapple container

METHOD: Shake + Top Up

GUARNITION: orange slice, natural incense stick

1. SANDALWOOD SYRUP* - 500 g sugar, 250 ml water, 5 drops sandalwood oil:
In a non-reactive container, put the sugar and sandalwood oil together. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish, add the water and cook over medium heat. Allow the mixture to cool and store it in the air in a tight container.

2. ASSEMBLY AND SERVING:
- Place all ingredients except the orange slice, natural incense stick and kombucha in the shaker.

- Add a few ice cubes and shake vigorously.

- Through the use of the fine-mesh strainer, pour the ingredients into a pineapple-shaped container with a lid and lastly combine the kombucha.

- Using the orange slice as a holder, place the natural incense stick in the container, light it with the chef's flashlight and close the lid.

NOT ONLY FOR COCKTAILS

Also very pretty for use in the kitchen, in fact it becomes perfect for serving fruit salad at the end of a fine meal, or some signature finger food.

Not dishwasher safe.

Not suitable for use in the oven/microwave.
