- Lightly dab the surface of the object with denatured alcohol to remove any marks.
- Gently wipe the product with a soft cloth.
If you prefer the shiniest appearance :
- use a metal polishing paste and use 0000 grade extra-fine steel wool to remove stains.
- In the case of scratches utlizzare a lightly abrasive paste, such as that used to polish automotive cars.
Very important and to remember:
- Pewter needs to be washed well before first use.
- wash it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent
- it should not be allowed to sit in water that is too hot,
- dry it as soon as possible.
- Avoid washing in the dishwasher.
