In fact, RGmania offers Mixer its expertise in the world of bars, cooking and new trends, while Mixer renews its trust in our company, dedicating us a space in which to delve into the issues that from month to month interest its loyal readers.
Six years
RGmania and Mixer are not new to partnerships. In fact, 2022 will be the sixth year, in which the topics offered will go hand in hand with the schedule that the magazine studies ad hoc to best interest its subscribers, depending on annual events and seasonality.
This has not always been the case.
In the 2016-2017 biennium, in-depth coverage followed the letters of the alphabet, thus 'Tools of the Trade A to Z.' This was the first year of the collaboration, and the intent was to give readers exactly the ABCs of industry knowledge, starting with an explanation of the basic, commonly used tools in the bar world.
With the third year, that is, 2018, we then moved on to 'Innovation Products,' not only in the bar world but also in the kitchen. In this sense, the idea was to take an extra step, to delve into lesser-known products to highlight their uses and qualities.
Thus, 2019 was the year of the study of 'The Best Tools for Seasonal Products.' Each month a prominent seasonal ingredient was chosen to analyze its various uses in catering and mixing, and how it could best be worked with the most suitable tools. RGmania thus traced an all-contemporary trend of favoring the products that nature offers in a completely natural and non-artificial way.
In 2020 the column changed guise again, following the different times of the day, so breakfast (and brunch), lunch time, tea time (or afternoon break in general), aperitif and after dinner were cyclically covered.
2021: a new twist
Each year Mixer magazine schedules new themes, based on what are events, trade shows, but also seasonality and industry news.
RGmania will align with these themes, making its contribution.
But we are not stopping there! In fact, Mixer includes extra issues, bonus content offered to readers, real focuses that investigate specific themes among the most popular ones, in which RGMania also plays its part. One example above all Mixer Innovation. It's up to you to imagine what we talk about....
