From the synergy between designer Giampaolo Allocco and Vito Mollica - starred chef, executive at Il Palagio restaurant of the Four Seasons in Florence and 2014 Chef of the Year for Il Sole 24 Ore - came this system of py rex dishes signed Vidivi - Vetri delle Venezie. Allocco and Mollica aimed, on the one hand, at the presentation of dishes and, on the other, at understanding the needs of those who work daily in the kitchen, with the aim of developing a product capable of giving concrete answers and innovative solutions. Vidivi is, moreover, among the leading Italian companies in the production of glass of design, quality and precision; the Venetian company's glass is universally recognized for its brilliance, strength and degree of transparency.

The possibility of shaping glass

Chef n'table is a collection, and a new system, of glass pyrex dishes with great scenic impact, enabling the presentation of innovative dishes in which visual impact also claims its share. It is a singular work, designed by shaping glass as if it were plastic, according to design and the needs of the culinary art, as evidenced by the four recipes dedicated by Mollica. The totality of the dish

A sinuous line defines the handle and, as it flexes, opens a kind of window onto the dish, enhancing the spectacle in the dish; the interweaving of flavors and layering of tastes increasingly follows a vertical line, which can become the protagonist and thus be appreciated in all its complexity. If shaping the glass means giving the possibility of appreciating the dish from every point of view, what is usually appreciated on the classic 4 sides, with Chef n'table is in its entirety; the gesture of rounding the corners allows for a unique shape and enhances everything that is served inside, a fundamental aspect also for those 'instagrammers' who share shots with their followers.

The cook and serve philosophy

Depending on the cooking needs, the Chef n'table system allows different possibilities of use: in fact, the tall dish can be used alone or in combination with its lid, in turn with the possibility of cooking and serving at the table. It is also possible to place the lid upside down on top of the tall pyrex dish and cook on it, not losing its original function.
