Ambiente Frankfurt and RG Commerciale, the tradition continues! The five-day event (from Friday, February 8 to Tuesday, February 12, 2019) dedicated to houseware, tableware and dinnerware, one of the most important trade fairs in the world and the most important in relation to the Dining, Giving, Living sectors, has been since the first edition a regular appointment for our staff, this year represented by owner Giorgio Negri, Camilla and Nicola.

The most important event for consumer goods

The fact that it is the most relevant international event for the diverse world of 'consumergoods,' which can be translated as 'consumer goods,' still doesn't give you an idea of the incredible display of objects and services at Messe Frankfurt; the numbers are growing steadily year after year: 136 thousand visitors from 166 countries, 85 percent from abroad and with Italy leading the way; 4451 exhibitors (about 80 percent of them non-German) from 92 nations, presenting the trends that will characterize the coming business year, on an area of more than 308 thousand sq. m.

Dining and new Ho.re.ca. trends.

Dining, including kitchen, table and houseware, is the part that concerned us most closely. We went in search of confirmations and new trends in the Horeca sphere, divided into the macro areas of glass, cutlery, cookware and porcelain, in an exhibition itinerary that in 2020 will see a pavilion entirely dedicated to the hotel and restaurant world. Particularly interesting is the area dedicated to the theme of theinfluence of the web on the ways of conceiving and interpreting the physical store, in relation to the coexistence of more traditional and more innovative production techniques.

Ambiente Frankfurt is increasingly the barometer of stylistic trends in consumer goods, a crossroads at the production and entrepreneurial level: going to the German city means taking a world tour of the sector of interest in just a few days, a true laboratory for interpreting the changes taking place in the sector.
