Induction cookware and induction hobs

Induction is a cooking method that uses electromagnetic fields, which is why it is called electromagnetic induction. It is a technique capable of triggering the ferrous molecules in cookware, producing heat and transmitting it to food. For this reason, the induction cooktop is able to cook without flame or heat.

On the induction cooktop, one can use induction cookware but also some cookware that is not created for induction cooktops but has certain characteristics such as suitable material, diameter, coating and bottom thickness.
