With this utensil, food can be cooked completely naturally and without seasonings, all liquids remain inside, and the flavors of the food are enhanced.
It should be used only in the oven, never over a flame.
Before first use it should be soaked for at least half an hour, and brushed well to remove any residual dust.
Before each use you should let it soak for 15-30 minutes, then fill it with all the necessary ingredients and put it in the oven COLD (otherwise it will crack).
Never add liquids or cold ingredients while baking.
It should be washed with water and very little dish detergent and dried well, at least 24 hours in the air, and then stored by placing the lid upside down in the base in a place where there is no danger of mold growth. Never store it in a plastic bag.
It can also be used in the microwave.
