When the base heats up, the nonstick surface reaches 200° in just 2 minutes.
The food, inside the dish, will be crispy and golden on the outside, while the center will be soft to ensure a great result.
Maintenance and use:
- Wash the dish, before use, in the dishwasher or by hand with detergent and warm water.
- After use, let it cool, then wipe with a damp cloth or kitchen paper.
- Never use abrasives or brushes, they may ruin the nonstick layer.
- The grilling plate reaches high temperatures so always use oven mitts.
- When removing from the microwave use an under pan so as not to ruin the surfaces.
- Always use tools made of nylon, plastic or wood, do not cut directly so as not to ruin it.
Can be used in oven: microwave, combi, microwave with grill and conventional ovens.
When using in the microwave oven, make sure the grill pan does not hit the walls and can rotate freely on the turntable.
