CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
There are few and rare products that can boast certification of authenticity for reproducing original models, and this strainer is just one of them.The certificate states that the pattern of The Bars traces a model that was officially registered on Jan. 29, 1890 for invention by Charles J. Hauck.
USE
The handle of this julep strainer is totally folded, so that the rim of the shaker, mixing glass or tumbler can fit perfectly, right between the fold and the strainer. At this point, simply hold the handle firmly with your2 fingers and proceed to straining, which will be easy and convenient.
TREATMENT
As much as it is a photocopy of an antique model, this strainer is a model made from new so it is dishwasher safe because it is made of durable stainless steel.Pack:
