Hendi universal refill burner

The Hendi Universal Refill Burner is nothing more than the upper part of the Hendi Professional Caramelizer with refill.

COMBINED WITH THE REFILL

The difference is that the caramelizer is already included with refill and burner, while the burner is just the upper part, to be purchased if you already have the Hendi Universal Gas Refill gr 227.
With the burner, Hendi has designed an ideal system to avoid continuing to refill caramelizers. In fact, it has made a model consisting of 2 separate parts (burner and universal refill), which can be used combined but can be purchased individually.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You simply apply the burner to the universal refill and employ it until it runs out, then dispose of it properly and buy another one to reapply on the same reusable burner.
