The quest to achieve excellence led Lehmann Glass to work with Philippe Jamesse, the Head Sommelier of Domaine les Crayères (4 Chef Toques Gault & Millau and 2 Michelin Stars). In 2016, the collection evolved to adapt to recent trends and meet the growing demand for wines served by the glass.

Quality of the glass

The pointed base of the cup is pronounced to enhance the long, precise effervescence of Champagne and to provide a precise starting point for swirling still wines.
The wide, generous roundness of each glass allows for optimal wine opening.
The delicate line of the glasses gives the right amount of time for the aromas to reveal themselves.
The transparency of the makes it possible to recognize all the color nuances of the wine.
The stem is almost impalpable so fine and stable at the same time, and overall, from the base to the rim, the glass results in an almost ethereal lightness.

Wash

The most precious jewels should be treated with the utmost care, and so should Lehmann glasses, and to do so just follow a few simple steps.
First, it is best to wash them under lukewarm water; detergents are not necessary. Then lay them upside down on a cloth. If you want to get the maximum shine you should steam them over boiling water. Use 2 microfiber towels to dry them: hold the goblet with one hand and dry it with the other. DO NOT rotate the base by turning in the opposite direction so as not to risk breaking the goblet.
