MIX AND SHAKE
Ceado's M98T Professional Mixer--equipped with tested and durable automatic operation and steel coupling--comes with two types of stirrer.
The mix consists of a double composite fan; it is most suitable for ice cream preparations.
The shake, the second agitator, consists of a single white composite fan, which, due to its diameter and thickness, is particularly suitable for mixing milk or making shaken coffee.
