BAGASSE LID CM 8.2: USE
It is recommended not to keep the bagasse lid in contact with hot food (max 90°) for longer than 30 minutes in order not to alter the taste of the food. It cannot be used for food storage. Store in a dry place and away from heat sources (0°C +35°C).The product can be used in microwave at a maximum power of 800W for 2 minutes, in conventional oven up to 180°C, in freezer up to -18°C, for hot food up to 90°C for a maximum of 30 minutes, and more generally for food contact up to 6 hours.
BAGASSE LID CM 8.2: COMPLIANCE
The bagasse lid is suitable for food contact according to EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 and subsequent updates. It also complies with the requirements of Directive 94/62/EC regarding heavy metal content and with UNI EN 13432:2002. Produced in an ISO 22000-certified factory, it does not contain substances restricted in the current Food Contact Material legislations.Pack:
