How to buy our products:

• Online using your credit card by filling the automatic ordering form; available only for some products

• By our e-mail address customer@rgmania.com and asking for further information about products and other payment methods (credit transfer/cash on delivery). In this case, you will be sent an estimate with an order confirmation request.

Payment methods

• Via PayPal using your credit card right on our web site

• Cash on delivery (additional charge of 5 € VAT inclusive on the whole invoice) for via- email confirmed orders. In this particular case we kindly remember our customers that only cash or bank draft checked out to the sender will be accepted.

• Advance payment by credit transfer for via e-mail confirmed orders.

Invoicing:

In order to issue the invoices we need to know your VAT number and taypax number (it doesn't matter if they are identical). Please let us know these data by filling the proper form area that can be found on the cart, or by e-mail: customer@rgmania.com

In case these data could not be available, a simple tax receipt will be issued.

Delivery charges (calculated on the bases of the grand total)

Considering the difference of costs in delivering our products in many different countries, each case will be considered and dealed as one of a kind, which means that delivery charges will be calculated 'ad hoc' for each order.

Right of withdrawal

Goods are sold in compliance the Law no. 50, 01/15/1992 sections 4, 6, 8, and Legislative Decree 206/05.

• As consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 10 workdays starting from the goods' delivery. You can exercise the above right by recorded delivery (certified mail) and pointing out how you desire your money to be returned.

• Within the very 10-workdays limit you will have to send us the goods back absolutely usdamaged and in their original packaging.

• The goods return to the sender is completely charged to you and on your own responsibility.

• As stated by the Italian Law, you will be rebate of all your money but delivery charges.

Privacy policy:

In accordance with the current Italian Data Protection Law, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, your personal data will be reviewed in regard of rights, civil liberties, and dignity of natural persons, with a special reference to confidentiality and personal identity.

In accordande with section 10 of the above cited Law, we inform you that your personal data reviewing (by computer) is done in order to fulfill your order. This means we have to notify post offices (or other shipping company) of your personal data in order to send the goods. The cited notification is compulsary for our business.

We also inform you that your personal data may be used to provide you information about our products. In any case we will not use your personal data for any other purpose but those cited above, nor we will share them with other companies.

Delivery time

As for delivery charges, delivery time will be estimated 'ad hoc' for each order.

In general delivery time depends on the place the goods have to be delivered, and on the goods availability in warehouse. In case of non-availability of the requested product, you will be notified immediately of the waiting time. In case you should not accept the waiting time, you will have faculty of withdrawing from the purchasing contract with rebate of the money you paid.
